At Crystal Zinn Photography (the “Company”), accessible from www.crystalzinnphotography.com (the “Site”), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. Log Files

As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. The Site follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Information We Ask For

The Site’s mailing lists, downloads, and contact forms may request that you provide your contact information such as your name, email-address, phone number, and other information such as how you found out about us, why you’re interested in our products and services, and the type of service you are interested in. Neither the Company nor the Site knowingly allow the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.

Information provided by you via general e-mail inquiries to the Company such as your e-mail address is used only to respond to your inquiries in the ordinary course of business, and is never shared with third parties.

Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Google Analytics, Ad Words Conversion tracking and remarketing

We implement Google analytics to track, monitor, and report on Site traffic. In addition, we use Google signals which connects visitation information via Google advertising cookies and identifiers and associates it with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for purposes of ad personalization. This Google information focuses on Cross Device Reports and may include end user location, search history, You Tube history, and data from sites that partner with Google and is used to provide aggregated and anonymous insights into the users’ cross-device behaviors. Such data may be accessed and/or deleted by end users via Google My Activity. In addition, users can opt-out of the Google Analytics Advertising Features through their Google Ads Settings, Ad Settings for mobile apps, Google Analytics Op-Out Browser Add-on and the NAI’s consumer opt-out.
