D. Family - Daegu, South Korea
The sweet D. family contacted me MONTHS in advance of South Korea's Cherry Blossoms. They had been in Korea for the beautiful spring wonder the year before and wanted to capture their growing family during this iconic season.
After some research, we scheduled their session with our best guess of when the blooms would peak - and we waited. Cherry blossom season is typically short, peak blooms lasting 5-7 days with rain or wind shortening the window.
Unfortunately, a late frost hindered the blooms from opening in time for their session, and we chose to reschedule out almost a week in order to catch the blooms at their peak.
And we did. Their pictures had the backdrop of the puffy, pastel, pink blooms accented by yellow forsythia and purple azalea. We really couldn't have asked for a more beautiful evening, or more spectacular show from God's glorious creation.
Here's a quick look at their session!
